Join us each week as we work on various hands-on service projects while meeting and getting to know everyone in our club. This week, we’ll be coordinating with Historians to work on our club scrapbook, and in two weeks, we’ll be starting Baby Packs.

Winter Retreat – Friday, January 14th –Sunday, January 16th @ Truckee, CA
Come have a lot of fun with fellow Rotaractors! This is a great way to relax before the craziness of the quarter. There will be snow and board games!
The fee will be $55. This includes room and board, transportation and four meals, i.e. dinner and breakfasts. It does NOT include ski/snowboard rentals. Due to limited car space we will be restricting people to one duffel bag, pillow and sleeping bag! Please do not over pack you only need two days of clothes and one big warm coat. Remember to bring waterproof clothes, especially if snowboarding or skiing.

There are going to be about 100 companies at this event. Bring a few copies of your resume and portfolio. Dress in your best interview outfit.
The job shadowing program with Rotarians for PAID members will be up and running this quarter. Feel free to tell me if there is a specific profession you are interested in visiting and seeing. It could just be one you want to try out. Contact me by email or in person.
