Professional Tip of the Week: Problematic Coworkers

Chances are, you will have to work with someone that you don’t particularly like. Whatever conflict you might have with the person, it is in your best interest to maintain a professional demeanor; don’t lose your temper and try to look at the situation objectively. Plan out how to deal with problematic situations and try to resolve things sooner rather than later. Involve a neutral third party if necessary. If all else fails, move on.
