Rotary Japan Relief fund – at General Meetings
Come and donate $2 to receive a bracelet that will go towards helping those affected by the Japan earthquake. Find an officer or donate at a general meeting. 100% of donations will go to the Rotary Japan Relief Fund.
Raffle Tickets – Saturday, May 14th @ Central Park
We are selling raffle tickets for the Rotary BBQ. They’re $10 each and the proceeds will go towards helping our club function, socials, and events. Some prizes include: Hawaiian Vacation (6 days and 7 Days) in a 3 bed, 2 bath house in the Big Island // $300 Gift certificate // Skydiving // and much more. Contact the Finance Directors if you’re interested.

Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence (SADV) Grand Opening – Friday, April 29th [5-8PM] @ 175 Walnut St., Woodland, CA (leaving from the tennis courts at 4:30PM)
Come help at the grand opening of the Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Center. Help set up, prepare finger foods, direct guests, and clean up/break down equipment. Rides will be provided.
April is Sexual Assault Awareness month. According to the National Violence against Women Survey, 1 in 6 American women has been the victim of rape or attempted rape. SADVC’s mission is to eliminate sexual assault and domestic violence through sensitive prevention, intervention and treatment.
MS Walk – Sunday, May 1st [7-9:30AM] @ West Steps of State Capitol (1315 10th Street)
Help register and cheer for the walkers at the Sacramento MS Walk. It’s an early morning, but the electric atmosphere (and coffee) will wake you up when we get on site. You also get a free t-shirt! We will organize rides.

Mondavi Event – Friday, April 29th [5-10PM] @ Mondavi Center
Get ready to dress your best and help us at another exciting Mondavi Event! We will need 10 to 12 volunteers. Time goes by fast at Mondavi…it is a LOT of fun!! Make sure to dress in a white button up long sleeved shirt, black slacks, and closed toe shoes.

Come enjoy the sunshine with Rotaract! Get an early start on summer and practice those swim strokes or just work on your tan. Remember to bring a towel, sun screen, and sun glasses!

NPS Youth Dev Crew Leader Position – Friday, April 29th [12-2PM] @ 3201 Hart Hall
UCD Alumnus Fernando Villalba is going to speak about career options in National Park Services. As well as a PAID full-time summer job as a crew leader at John Muir National Historic Site in Martinez, CA. UC Davis LipDub!!! – Saturday, April 30th [10AM] @ MU
Enjoy publicity’s parodies??? Want to be famous and have a taste of that limelight?? This Saturday is your chance to be immortalized in UC Davis history while representing the Campus Rotaract Club of Davis by participating in a lipdub filmed by AggieTV! Bring all your friends, get your popstar on and join us this Saturday! Practice will be this Friday at 3PM and actual filming will be on Saturday at 10AM. Arrive on time and receive free breakfast.
