Professional Tip of the Week: Posture
Let’s be honest, slouching is a common habit that many of us are guilty of, but it can send the wrong message. A weak posture may suggest carelessness, which hurts your chances of being taken seriously at meetings, interviews, etc. Especially during an interview, sit upright and keep you hands clasped in front of you. Mirroring your boss or interviewer is a good way to judge how formal your body language should be.
