Board Meeting

Fall Festival Set Up, Friday (10/24)
Set up the Farmer’s Market location for Fall Festival. Tasks include cutting tablecloths and setting up decorations. Meet at Central Park by B street.
Shift 1: 8:30am-11am
Shift 2: 11am-2pm

Fall Festival, Saturday (10/25)
Help children and festival attendees make harvest headdresses! Meet at Central Park!
Shift 1: 9am-11am
Shift 2: 11am-1pm

Trick-Or-Treating for Cans: Part 2, Sunday (10/26)
Pick up bags of donated canned foods and nonperishables to donate for Yolo County Food Bank. Meet at the Tennis Courts by the MU at 9 am.

Sister Nora’s Place, Saturday (11/1), 4:00pm
Sister Nora’s Place provides long-term shelter and case management for women with a history of homelessness, trauma and serious mental and physical illness. We will be preparing their evening meal and then joining them for dinner. Space is incredibly limited and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Meet at the MU tennis courts if you need a ride!

Smoke Alarm Battery Change with Noon Rotary, 11/2, 9am-12pm
Annually, Noon Rotary helps the elderly in Davis by changing their smoke alarm batteries for them. Come help us ensure the safety of the elderly in our community! We will be meeting at the MU Tennis courts!

Open Rice Fundraiser, 10/21, 11am-12am
Come join fellow Rotaractors at Open Rice Kitchen for dinner after the General Meeting! Part of the profit raised will be donated to our International Project

Join a Family!
Get to know others in the club by being a part of a family! Families change every quarter so that you can get to know everyone in the club. Participate in events in the club and earn points for your family.

Family Reveal Night, Friday (10/24), 6:30pm
Join us for some fun and games before we reveal what family you are in for the quarter. Afterwards we will go get dinner in our families to get to know each other better. Meet at Central Park at 6:30pm!

Dixon Corn Maze, Saturday (10/25), 5:00pm
Come with us to the Dixon Corn Maze, one of the largest in the world. Bring $12 (for your ticket), a flashlight, and your best maze skills! We’ll be exploring the Maze in our families so get excited! Meet at the MU Tennis Courts at 5:00pm.

Costume Contest, General Meeting 3, 6pm
Dress up in your best costume for the meeting and the club members will judge for their favorites!
