We will be getting to know each other better while making Christmas cards/gifts for underprivileged children throughout the world.
Blue Harvest Fundraiser
Friday, November 1, 2013, 6PM – 10PM
Enjoy a night of live musical entertainment, gourmet buffet, and other fun festivities! We’ll be helping with drinks, serving dishes, and more. Please wear your Rotaract shirt.
Rotary Garden Work
Saturday, November 2, 9AM – TBA
We will be spreading mulch, performing minor cleanup, and pruning a plot of land alongside the Highway. Come and get your hands dirty while bonding with local Rotarians!
Time Off for Caregivers
Saturday, November 2 9:30AM – 3PM
Give caretakers a rest and fill in their spots for a day. Pair up with a senior citizen, enjoy talks, listen to great stories of the past and engage in fun activities throughout the day. Dress is casual.

Let’s help out Sodexo’s Parents and Family Weekend Brunch Sunday morning. We will be serving food and beverages, and we ask all volunteers to meet on between MU and Freeborn Hall (across from Wellman). Dress code required: white button down shirt, black slacks and shoes.
Mondavi: Salzberg Marionettes
Thursday, November 7, 2013, 5PM – 9PM
Lonely Thursday nights? Have fancy clothes but nowhere to wear them to? Come help us out for our first Mondavi event of the Rotaract year! We will be working concessions for the Salzberg Marionettes to fundraise for our international project: Tinogona Foundation. Hangout with fellow Rotaractors as we work together to bring us step closer to achieving our goal. Dress code: White long sleeve button up, black bottoms, and black shoes.
Mondavi: Andrew Bird
Thursday, November 14, 2013, 5PM – 9PM
Back by popular demand .. Rotaract will be volunteering at Andrew Bird’s concert. Another formal event where we ask our volunteers to come dressed up! White button up, black slacks, and closed toe shoes. We need 12 volunteers, half of which who are 21+ to serve wine to guests. We will be at the cashiers, selling snacks and wine.
Mentor/Mentee Reveal Dinner

Also, since we’ve gotten several questions about this: It is not mandatory to go to the dinner in order to participate in the Mentor/Mentee program. If you can’t make it because of other commitments, please don’t hesitate to fill out the form! We’ll still pair you up, and you’ll be able to participate in future events.

Whether you need help getting started, or have something you want reviewed, all are welcome. Food will be provided, but other food contributions are always appreciated! Rides will also be provided.
